Kratin' Kimmie's Krafty September Hop!

Today Kraftin’ Kimmie Stamps is releasing their new FAB-U-LOUS September images! As you’ve seen over the last few days in our Krafty Peeks, Annie Rodrigue has created some sweet and sassy ladies this month! Kraftin' Kimmie Peeks Day 2-Sweet and Simple

Good morning! Hope you all enjoyed the sneak peeks yesterday, I know I sure did! Anyhoooo my post like my card is going to be sweet and simple today.......have to get off to work!

This is Raychel, one of Annie's new images being released at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps on Sunday.
The neat thing is that each girl comes with her own sassy sentiment, however I chose to use one of Kimmie's Fun Sentiments because these chickies are so yummy! DP is a little slice of Halloween Imaginisce I had kicking around and I stitched up the cardstock to jazz it up a bit!

Kraftin' Kimmies' Saturday Challenge #40- How Quick they grow

Today my Baby Turns 14~! At 6'3" I sometimes forget that my man child is still a child and it's unbelievable to me how the last Fourteen Years has just whizzed by! Every year I get sappy thinking about how I used to cuddle my sweet baby for hours on end.......just looking at him and stroking his soft cheek. Even as a 10 lb 3 oz preemie, my baby seemed so small.......who knew he'd grow and grow and those tiny toes would morph into size fourteen feet!!! Anyway, enough of that!




Jonathon starts High School in the fall. I KNOW the next four years are going to fly by even faster then the first 10 years of School! I am so proud of Jonathon and the young man he has become. I love his independence, his dry sense of humour, the gleam in his eye and his cheeky grin.




On the Field with the Knights Minor Football. I can't wait to cheer you on at High School Football in the Fall!




I love you so much Jon that it still takes my breath away thinking of how amazing motherhood can be...........the good, the bad, the ugly, the joy, the pain of hurting when you hurt and the laughs that we have had since our first shared belly laugh at 6 mos old. Keep growing and maturing and although you won't allow me to hold your hand anymore, I'll always be standing beside you with unconditional love. I know you're a young man now, but you'll always be my baby.

Miles Builds a Castle

I have a feeling that Miles is going to be one adventuresome furry fella! Today he's enjoying more beach time! One of Kraftin' Kimmie's new June release images, he is going to be a showstopper I think and he can be yours on Sunday!





I bought this sweet BO BUNNY paper last year and am finally just getting around to using it! It's very neat because it's double sided and has various patterns and blocks on one side and four 6x6 blocks on the other, making it perfect for cards!!! I cut the little beach sign out of one of the blocks.

Miles is coloured in copics, with black, brown and white pen markings to add dimension. Not much else to say about the construction of the card. Be sure to check out the Krafty Girl's Blogs today........the june samples have been just amazing!

The Kraftin' Kimmie May Release is FABULOUS!!! Just Fabulous I'm tellin' Ya~~~~ I had so much fun doing my project for this release that I was bustin' at the seams to show you!


The main image that you see here is Eleanor!!! She comes with that Cute Pail you see at the back end of the book! She is available on SUNDAY!!!!!...............

Kraftin' Kimmie's Saturday Challenge #28-I scream you scream

We all scream for ICE CREAM!!! This week, I have the pleasure of being Hostess for the Krafty Girls Challenge. It's a Neopolitan Ice Cream Challenge!!! I haven't this flavour for years, but I thought making a card with the pretty colour combination of Pink, Chocolate and Vanilla (white) would make a Yummy card! Let me tell you, when I loaded my card into the Krafty Girls Gallery this week I gasped at the Beauty of the cards! You MUST follow the links on my sidebar to check out the gorgeous Krafty Girls Creations!!!


I used Josephine for my card and being the Hostess, you can win this image by pulling out your favourite Kraftin' Kimmie stamps and playing along. You can check out all the details of the prize challenge HERE

I absolutely LOVE this image....... I would say it's my fave, but there are so many wonderful images at Kraftin' Kimmies, that my faves change every day!!!! Notice the embossed Polka dots on my chocolate paper? Did you know you could create cute embossed dots with your Cropadile? Yep, you sure can............it's quick and easy and I like the fact that you can do two different sized dots, although I stuck with the large dots for this card. To do this, you simply use the setting part of the tool to create the embossed dots. Easy Peasy!

Kraftin' Kimmie's Saturday Challenge #24 and Day Three of Peeks!

This week Donna, one of our Fabulously talented Krafty Girls presented the rest of the Krafty Clan with a colour challenge: Red, White and Black........what a yummy combination! I thought that Red would be perfect for the fabulous Ball Gown on Marie Antoinette, Illustrated by the extremely talented Annie Rodrigue and available on Sunday over at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps



There's not a lot to say about the details of this card other than the fact that it was coloured in Copics and the DP is from a company unknown to me. Flowers are from Prima!!!

Kraftin' Kimmie-Sneaky Peek!

Here's another Preview of Kraftin' Kimmie's January Release Stamps! Branch Fairy is so pretty on her perch, don't you think? For this image, I coloured the leaves with Prisma Pencils as I like the variances in the shades, but the rest of the image is coloured in Copics. The sentiment is from a Magical sentiment set that is also being released this month. It has all sorts of wonderful sayings such as You're enchanting, You're Fairy Sweet and Have a Magical Day......just scrumptious!!!!

Cute Card Thursday and a Kimmie Sneak Peek!

I have been absolutely BESIDE MYSELF~waiting on the edge of my perch to be able to reveal Kraftin' Kimmies January release stamps..........the difficult decision was which one to show first!!! Wait until you see what's new this month!!!!

So today's your lucky day! Normally Sneak Peeks don't start until Friday before the release, but because The Krafty Girls are participating in Cute Card Thursday, you get to see a day early! How fun is that???

What do you think of Bird Fairy? I think that she is absolutely STUNNING!!!! Wait until you see the variations in the Design Teams creations with this stamp! All I Can say is OH MY!

I coloured the Fairy with Copic Markers and used a dap of Spica Gel Pen to give her wings a little pizzaz! The DP is from the Cafe Latte stack.........dcwv. Base card stock is Lime Green.

The Pink Elephant and Kraftin' Kimmie Challenge Combined

I missed the Kraftin' Kimmie Saturday Challenge this week and decided to combine The Pink Elephant Challenge with Kraftin' Kimmie!

The Theme for this weeks Pink Elephant Challenge is to create a winter themed card.

Kraftin' Kimmie's Challenge was called Sparkle Baby, to pimp up your card with lots of Bling!

Oliver is a perfect winter image and I think he looks pretty cute all glittered up!
