Crazy4Challenges C4C23 It's a Valentine!

I'm very excited that one of my DT's, The {Stamps of Life} are sponsoring this weeks C4C Challenge! This week, our Hostess extraordinaire Robin, challenged us to make a valentine, so a valentine I made!!! The Flower, the sentiment in the middle of the brad and the circle with the x's and o's are all from the Love2Hug Stamp set, which was a December Release!!

What an easy peasy card to make! I started with Valentine themed paper from K&CO. cutting out the heart to make the main focal point of the card..........then I cased an idea from Jen Buck, one of my uber talented Design Sisters!!! She had made a flower from the easter eggs in the Eggs4 Easter stamp set. In fact, here it is...........

This card inspired me to make my heart flower! I stamped the outline heart onto the K&Co dp, cut 5 out and inked the edges! Using a Bazzil Brad, I embossed the x's and 0's on with white embossing powder. I embossed the X's and O's "button" in red embossing powder to give it a glazed look. Using my wide MS Lattice Border Punch, I made a little bit of a "fence" to anchor the Heart. This card took no time at all to create and I quite like it!!!!
