Impression Obsession Spring Release Blog Hop

I didn't have the pleasure of attending CHA this year, but at least I was there in Spirit!

For this card, I starterd with a Splashy Blue on white background using the Splatter Hearts Stamp
I stamped the sentiment . I topped all that off with my yummy cupcake stand made with the 
Cupcake stand! I added some glittler to the pinks because I think pink should automatically be paired with sparkle!!!!
