And along came a spider...IO Stamps Fall/WInter Release Blog Hop

Welcome to the 2014 Impression Obsession Fall/Winter Release Blog Hop!

We have some beautiful new stamps to share AND Gift Certificates to give away!

 The hop will start each day with a list of participants on the Impression Obsession Blog at 6am EST. Each day pay us a visit there and then follow the links to  head on  over and see our fabulous IO Design Team’s projects with our new stamps on their blogs

 (only one comment per blog per day please).

The more blogs you visit each day… the better chance you will have to win a $25 Impression Obsession Gift Certificate!!!

My card is quite simple actually, but I think it's a cutie!!!!

Every day (Monday July 28^th – August 1st) one of the IO designer blogs will be chosen randomly and a winner will be selected from comments on that blog at 10pm CT. The winner will be announced the following day along with the participating blogs for that day.

Two prizes will be awarded on the last day of the hop. One will be for Friday’s comments and another will be chosen from all the comments left throughout the week.

So….if you miss a day or time deadline your comments will still count for a chance to win a $25 Impression Obsession Gift Certificate!

Ahoy! IO Stamps Thursday Challenge

This weeks challenge is a Nautical/Beach Theme. Let's break out the Rubber and share your sizzlin' summer creations!!!!

I was excited to use this brand new image, Roped Ship for my card.

I stamped the image on Kraft Cardstock and coloured lightly with Prisma Pencils and Gamsol. My background paper and embellies are from the Prima Seashore collection.

Hiking! The Paper Loft June Sketch Challenge

I've been such a lazy Blogger lately!!!  That being said, I'm trying not to put too much pressure on myself in many regards and also making attempts to live as stress free as humanly possible. I know there is no life without some degree of stress, however if you are aware of the source(s) of your greatest stress and eliminate it, it is important to do that! For things that you can't avoid, you need to use your coping skills to deal with it effectively.....and then there are habits that you can adapt to relieve your stress levels on a more general level. I've currently taken up Yoga, which forces me to be more mindful of relaxing. Looking forward at some point to get the go ahead for Hot Yoga, but right at the moment I will stick with the more gentler forms such as Yin and Sama Set

If you have any great ideas with regard to stress management, please share! I can use all the help I can get {heart}.

Have Broom, Will Travel...Impression Obsession Thursday Challenge

Hi! Long time no see~ I've been busy trying to get my health in tip top shape!!!! I've done a little creating, but I'm holding on to those projects for just a bit longer!

Today's challenge over at IO Stamps is a Travel Challenge

I don't have a lot of Travel stamps, but I have this awesome sentiment 

I have also been hoarding papers etc... from the Graphic 45 Wizard of Oz collection

I paired the Brick Stamp with the Graphic 45 chipboard and paper to create this fun and easy card!
