Sooooo this has got to be one of my favourite Stephanie sets yet!!!! I had so much fun creating project with this set and I'm sure that I will use this set over and over! houses4you is the first set to be released over at the {Stamps} of life tomorrow!!!!
For this card, I stamped the houses, fences and clouds and colouted the image in with copic markers. My pretty foliage in the front yard was created with Autumn and Christmas Green Flowersoft. I coloured the sky in with BG10 Copic and filled the clouds with gorgeous glitter from PK Glitz
The Pretty Ribbon is from SU! and the DP from Basic Grey...............and now onto my next project~
I found this fun frame at the Dollar Store. When I first spotted this stamp set, I knew that it would be perfect for home decor!
I paper pieced the houses and trees with DP from K&Co. Julianne collection, as well as stamped the sentiment onto the same. I would say that this project was complete in less than 40 minutes! Might make some more of these...............when my hand heals. I've had a sore hand and wrist for a few weeks now. Kind of a dull pain, that's not extremely painful, but annoying......like a mosquito.........or a fly, or someone who stands so close behind me in a store line up, that I can feel their breath on the back of my neck..........hmmm now that one is downright irritating.....lol.....anyway. The last few days, the pain has been extremely excrutiating and i'm now wearing a wrist splint, in the hopes that this thing will heal as it's affecting my stamping and colouring!
I'm fairly ambidextrous, so apart from stamping, colouring and writing, I use my right hand..oh yeah and applying eye makeup.....just to ensure that I don't look like Mimi! I'm hopeful that with some rest, it will heal.....but I've had a little pressure from my guy and the nurse at work to go to the doc........sooo if you're reading this, send some purple healing rays my way!
Hope you enjoyed looking at my projects as much as I enjoyed creating them! Make sure you head off to the Gallery to see all the fabulous DT projects!
Happy Stamping!
