Flower Soft Fall Fun Blog Hop!



Ready for a hop? How about a challenge too?

This week’s challenge – Use your is Fall Fun! Make a card using either Fall colors or a Fall theme.

We’ll be giving away TWO prize packages! One prize package will be given away on the blog hop and another will be chosen among people who make a card using Flower Soft and post it in the Splitcoast Gallery using the keyword FSC03. Both prize winners will be chosen and announced on the Flower Soft blog on September 22nd. The winner of the Splitcoast Gallery challenge will have their card featured on the Flower Soft Blog on September 24th!!!

For my project, I kept my card very simple. I needed a Sympathy Card and as I said, I prefer to keep these cards fairly clean. I used Inspired by Nature and Thoughts and Prayers from SU! I cut a template with my nestie and then covered the card front, stamping the image into the space. I then took Rust Ink to match the paper and sponged in and around the Chocolate image. I added some white gel pen dots to define the border. In order to give the card a little bit of dimension, I added some Autumn Flower Soft , In addition, I used small sprinkles of Chocolate Glitter from PK Glitz. The card seems so much prettier in real life and I've made similar cards, but I really like the touch of Flower Soft to the middle of the flowers!

    This is one stunning card! I just love everything about this inspiring card. I just realized that I'm not a follower....What's up with that? That's ok, cuz I took care of that over sight.

    I have always done colored flowers with brown centers - I LOVE it in the reverse!!!

    This is simply Stunning and SO perfect for a sympathy card, I HATE having to make them as they are for a sad reason, however they are SO beautiful and this one is PERFECT!
